Who looks after a villa between guests?

Between guests, a villa needs its interior checked and its outdoor spaces considered as part of the same management plan. Solea's own team checks the property after each departure and handles the changeover clean; pool care and garden upkeep are offered for homes that need them. The villa hub shows the range of property work Solea can discuss with an owner.

What happens after a guest leaves?

Solea's team handles the changeover clean and a property check after each departure. This gives the next arrival a prepared home and gives the owner a point at which the condition of the property can be reviewed. A villa has more to look at than its bedrooms: the route through the home, its outdoor areas and the features that guests will use all matter to the owner's plan.

The check is also where a concern can be passed on for a decision rather than lost between bookings. It does not mean every item found is automatically repaired or that every outdoor service is part of the same scope. The management guide explains the wider work around those stays.

Who takes care of the pool and garden?

Pool care and garden upkeep are offered as villa services. The management plan should establish which areas need attention and how the owner wants them handled. A pool, planting and terraces are part of the way guests experience a villa, so their condition belongs in the conversation about the property's presentation as well as its upkeep.

Villa Verde Privé is the one showcase example on the hub, and Solea restyled it; the gallery shows its transformation. It is being prepared for launch while its MTA licence is in progress. An owner looking at that example can discuss which parts of the approach fit their own property without treating another villa's plan as a standard package.

How are repairs decided and paid for?

Solea arranges maintenance and keeps the owner informed when a decision is needed. Spending over EUR 50 is agreed with the owner before work proceeds. Labour is charged at the hourly rates in the agreement and parts are extra.

The same principle applies when the concern involves an outdoor area: the team can raise the matter, but the owner has a say before spending above that threshold. Upkeep is reviewed as part of the management plan, so an owner can see how cleaning, property checks and offered outdoor care fit together. No fixed supplier or visit timetable is assumed here; the scope follows the property and the agreement.
