How should an older villa be presented?
An older villa can be restyled to a luxury short-let standard so its rooms and outdoor areas feel considered together. Solea did the whole Villa Verde Privé restyle; the before-and-after gallery on the hub shows the work. Those photographs give an owner a concrete example of presentation, without implying that another home needs the same changes.
Interior design and staging are offered where the owner wants help shaping that presentation. The decision begins with what is already strong in the property and what feels disconnected when a guest moves from one space to the next. A listing then needs to describe the finished home faithfully. For how that listing fits into the operation, read what villa management covers.
What happens around arrival and the stay?
Self check-in is available from 15:00, and luggage drop-off is offered. Clear arrangements let guests understand when they can enter the villa and what can happen before then. Solea handles guest messages across WhatsApp, email, phone and the platforms for around 20 hours a day, with someone on call for late arrivals.
Once guests are in the home, the rules need to be equally clear: no indoor smoking, no unbooked overnight guests and quiet hours from 9pm to 9am. Long stays are possible for up to 90 days, while the owner decides whether pets, children and small celebrations are allowed. These boundaries help describe the kind of stay the villa is prepared to host without promising an exception later.
Which concierge extras can be offered?
Concierge extras can be offered on request, according to what a guest wants from the visit. Villa Verde Privé describes possibilities such as a private chef, yacht charter, chauffeur or airport transfer, car hire, in-villa wellness and massage, celebration styling with florals, lighting, music and table design, and a curated wine cellar featuring Italy, France and Malta. These are options to discuss, not automatic inclusions in a stay.
The same distinction matters to the owner. Pool care and garden upkeep are offered to support the property, while the guest-facing extras are requests that can be considered for a particular booking. A polished experience depends on both sides being described plainly, so the listing, messages and actual arrangements tell one story. The upkeep guide explains the property side of that work.
